Shipping Policy
Processing: Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times: Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, door to door, with tracking on every order.
Shipping costs: Shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders under that threshold, exact rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delays: Occasionally, courier delays or high-demand periods can extend delivery times beyond our estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll chase it down for you.
Lost or damaged parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated in an unusual amount of time or your order arrives damaged, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
30-day window: You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's in its original condition and packaging.
How to start a return: Send us a message from the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees from the original order are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items: If something arrives broken, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away — we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item or refund you in full.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items can't be returned once opened. This will be stated on the product page where it applies.
Privacy Policy
What we collect: When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to fulfill it — your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payments are processed by Wix's secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it: We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, answer your questions, and (if you opt in) send you occasional updates about new products.
Who we share it with: Only the services required to run the store — our payment and checkout provider (Wix), shipping carriers, and email delivery services. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies: The store uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand anonymized site usage, so we can improve it.
Your rights: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe from emails at any time — just write to us from the contact page.
Terms of Service
Using this store: By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
Products and pricing: We describe every product as accurately as possible. Small variations in color, size, or finish can occur between batches; if something is materially different from its description, returns are free.
Orders: An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a binding contract when we confirm it (usually within minutes) and accept payment through Wix checkout. If an item sells out before dispatch, we'll refund that order in full.
Liability: Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing terms: Disputes are handled in good faith first — write to us; we're reasonable people. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the store's place of business.
